Once reservation is made with us, you will soon receive the invoice and your itinerary by postal mail, fax or email. Please verify them immediately.

Your reservation will be held for 2 weeks after it's made. If your departure date is within 2 weeks, please make a payment within 3 days. Remember purchasing and ticketing deadline varies depending on the type of ticket you purchase.

Please make an appointment and come to see us!

Once payment is made, your ticket will be issued as Electronic Ticket or Paper Ticket depending on the type of tickets.

• E-TICKET
It's paperless ticket. So you can go to check-in counter and receive boarding pass without ticket. We will send you passenger receipt for your view.

• WILL CALL
Your ticket will be ready to pick up at check-in counter. This service is limited to specific airlines departing from Los Angeles Airport only.

• EXPRESS DELIVERLY SERVICE

Cancellation and change to your reservation before ticketing can be made at no charge. However, once ticket is issued it is subject to penalties and fees. Refund will be issued to purchaser with the same form of payment. Refund may take up to 6 months once it's processed. Please be aware of that there are also non refundable/changeable tickets.
